Never say never. I’ve witnessed many fashion statements make a comeback. Neon colors. Bell-bottom pants. Capris. Mustaches. My kids are always shocked when I bring out pictures to prove that the latest “in” thing was “in” before and will be “in” again someday.

I submit to you that Riggs does not have a mullet. It is a glorious amount of hair but not a true mullet. It is too long in the front.
